When you place an order, you make a purchase offer. Pieces Of Life Studio reserves the right to accept or reject your order for any reason at our sole discretion. Your order is not accepted until Pieces Of Life Studio confirms receipt of the order. Payment must be received and processed before your order is accepted.
Please review your order carefully before submitting, as Pieces Of Life Studio may not be able to accommodate cancellation requests after an order has been accepted. If we do not accept, modify, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you via the email address, billing address, and/or phone number provided when the order was placed.
Your purchases can only be returned or exchanged in accordance with our Refund Policy [LINK].
You represent and warrant that your purchases are for personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.

Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice. The price of a product or service is the price at the time of the order, as stated in your order confirmation email. Unless explicitly stated, listed prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs, or import duties.

We are not responsible for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Ownership and risk of loss transfer to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Pieces Of Life Studio is powered by Shopify, which allows us to provide the Services. All purchases and sales in our store occur directly with Pieces Of Life Studio. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of the sales between you and Pieces Of Life Studio, including any damages or losses arising from purchased products or services. You release Shopify and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from your transactions with Pieces Of Life Studio.
